We took an ownership stake, and the asset has been returning a 20 percent annualized return. We rebranded the asset as the Eisenhower and implemented a complete overhaul of the wayfinding and signage at the property.

We recently achieved 97% occupancy with Assembia signing a 15,000 square foot lease.
