Our numbers decide where the next dollar goes, so they have to be right and they have to be early. Exceptional here means a clean close, catching the thing that does not look right, and explaining it to an owner in plain English. Precision and judgment, not just tick and tie.
Starting in 2027, our goal is for everyone at P3’s management company to vest, over time, in a share of the management fee.
We own buildings from New Jersey to Virginia Beach to Smithville, Missouri, and we open roles wherever the work is. If you are good and you are somewhere else, tell us anyway.

Runs the close beside the Controller and keeps the detail straight.
Handles the entries and reconciliations nobody else wants to touch.
Keeps the ledgers clean and the monthly close on schedule.
Pays what we owe on time, and questions anything that looks wrong.
Gets the money in the door and stays on top of what is late.
Records every transaction accurately so the rest of the work holds up.
