Tell us who you are
Five minutes. Name, contact, where you work, a résumé if you have one. If you would rather show your work than a résumé, do that.
Show us how you think
The assessment is the beginning of the interview. Real scenarios, real work, your own words. It saves as you go, so you can leave and come back. Most departments take 20 to 60 minutes.
A person reads every word
No algorithm decides anything. We read what you wrote and what you made, and we reply within a week either way.
Read this before you begin

What you tell us is used for recruiting at P3 and nothing else. It is seen by the people involved in hiring for your department. We do not sell it, share it, or run it through a scoring machine.
What we record
Your answers, your files, and basic interaction information: how long questions took, whether text was typed or pasted, when you came back. We do not record keystrokes or anything outside the assessment page. This is context for a human reader, never an automatic verdict.
About AI
You may use AI tools while you work. We expect capable people to. We want your judgment, not a machine’s personality, and at the end we ask how you used it. Honest answers there count in your favor.
One real attempt
You get one genuine attempt. It saves as you go, you can leave and come back through your private link, and nothing is lost if your laptop dies. Once you submit, it locks.
