P3 runs lean because our systems carry the weight. We want builders who automate the manual work, keep the data clean and the network up, and ship something people use in their first month. Tools, not tickets.
Starting in 2027, our goal is for everyone at P3’s management company to vest, over time, in a share of the management fee.
We own buildings from New Jersey to Virginia Beach to Smithville, Missouri, and we open roles wherever the work is. If you are good and you are somewhere else, tell us anyway.
